#Weight loss goal for the week: lose 4-8lbs
Monday: back/chest/belly, 1hour aerobics
Tuesday: 1 hour walk
Wednesday: thighs/ butt/belly, 1 hour aerobics
Thursday 1 hour walk/run-optional
Friday: arms/shoulder/thighs, 1 hour aerobics
I can do all things through Christ who empowers me.
